  • Patrick Nuijten

    Patrick Nuijten

    Group Account Director

    Graduating with a Masters of Economic Psychology from Tilburg University Holland, Patrick gained extensive experience in Europe, working both client and agency side on brands such as AXA. With specialist knowledge in design, he has overseen major visual identity and rebranding projects for clients such as CBA, Equity Trustees and IOOF. 

    Adrian Hoess

    Head of Digital

    Adrian has been immersed in the digital arena for over 15 years, across a wide spectrum of projects and technologies, for clients including Air France KLM, CBA, Telstra and Club Med. As Head of Digital he has strategic and creative responsibility for all the digital output of the agency.

  • Lee Newton

    Lee Newton

    Senior Creative

    With over 12 years experience in leading UK and Australian agencies, Lee has broad experience as a writer, art director and idea generator. He joined RADAR in 2007 and has been responsible for overseeing the conceptual development of all major creative projects in the agency.

    Janelle Tarabay

    Janelle Tarabay

    GAD/General Manager

    After completing her B Bus and B Law, Janelle spent many years working in senior roles in project management and marketing for CBA, before joining RADAR in 2005. She is a natural leader, having overseen account teams for clients such as Macquarie Bank, Century 21 and IMB, and has recently broadened her role to General Manager duties.

    Andrew Robertson

    Managing Director

    With over 20 years experience in advertising, design and finance, Andrew brings a high level of commercial acumen to the agency offering, ensuring his knowledge is instilled in the agency’s creative process. He is a co-founder of RADAR, currently sits on the NSW Board of the Communications Council and holds a BComm (UWA) and Master of Finance (Macq).

     

    Helene Doukas

    Account Manager

    Helene has been part of the RADAR team since 2006 and has a BA from USyd. She has worked on a range of clients including Specialty Fashion Group, Retail Apparel Group and Century 21. She now heads up clients across fashion, finance and property, and recently oversaw a complete rebrand of property company Cordell.

    Account Director

    Joining RADAR as a graduate in 2006, Jordan has worked on respected brands such as CBA, Schroders and Contours. Having managed a wide range of brand identity, tactical and brand awareness campaigns, in both the B2C and B2B arenas, he is a strong all round account executive.

     

    Anne Campbell

    Anne Campbell

    Finance Director

    With over 20 years experience in a range of Sydney advertising agencies, Anne has an excellent knowledge of industry operating systems and software. She has overseen a complete integration of the agency’s accounting and job processing systems, manages all aspects of agency finances and continues to advise on best practice.

    After finishing top of her class in the prestigious Enmore Design School, Sionen worked in a number of highly regarded design studios before joining RADAR in 2008. With a rare eye for finding the new and unexpected, she has designed and art directed a variety of advertising and design campaigns across fashion, finance, property and travel.

    Julia Donald

    Joining RADAR in 2006 Julia has overseen account teams on Century 21, IMB Building Society and Macquarie Bank. After managing a broad range of projects, such as a national rebrand and integrated awareness campaign for Century 21, she has since focused on writing long content for various client publications while she raises a young family.

    With over 10 years agency and client side experience, Emma has developed a specialist understanding of B2C and B2B comms in the financial services industry. As a senior member of the team she has worked on a broad range of advertising and design projects for respected brands such as CBA, IOOF, REST and Macquarie Bank.

    Strategic Planner

    During his 20 year career, John has worked in Cape Town, London and Sydney in well respected agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather, BBH London and Clemenger BBDO. With experience including Heineken, Audi, Natwest, Cadbury and Club Med, John is well placed to ensure that our creative output is based on strong strategic platforms.
